Esmartkey gives 14 day no quibble return applies to new uninstalled products. If a faulty product develops a fault inside 30 days we will replace the product. Outside 30 days, you will be offered a replacement product or an alternative up to the same value. If you would like to get a refund for goods that have not been installed, you have 14 working days after the order has been delivered to send all items received back to us in the original packaging. You will be liable for the costs incurred for this. All products returned to us will only be issued a full refund if it is received with its full, original packaging and falls within the outlined timeframe. After 14 days, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Esmartkey will only accept unwanted items if the following provisions apply:
(a) The unwanted items have not been used;
(b) Any unwanted items being returned are in the original packaging and contain all the accessories;
(c) The items are returned within 14 days of purchase and an email be sent to admin@esmartkey.co.uk being issued;
(d) The buyer will pay for any carriage charges in returning the items back to Esmartkey. Any outbound carriage charges to ship the items to the customer will not be credited;
(e) All items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee after 14 days
